The Art of Reinvention - Two Day Fashion Camp

In this art-meets-sustainability 2-day fashion camp, students selected their "canvas" materials from a curated collection of pre-loved fashion, then rip seams, cut, deconstruct, and sew a new garment from scratch. They’ll learn the art of redesigning with intention—using basic sewing, pattern manipulation, and loads of creativity.
To spark their imagination, we’ll take a walking field trip to the Columbus Museum of Art, where students will explore current exhibitions and enjoy their lunch outdoors in the museum’s garden. This experience blends art, design, and sustainability for young artists age 7-13 ready to make fashion for good.
Tuesday + Wednesday (9 am - 4 pm). Please bring your museum membership card or add an extra $20 to cover the museum day pass.
